• Blue peel and stick felt

• Red peel and stick felt

Chappell Roan:

• One blue kids outfit

• Sheet of craft foam

• Gold fringe

• Gold fabric

• Gold pipe cleaners

• Adhesive sheet

• White peel and stick felt

• Red peel and stick felt

• Foam glitter stars

• Foam glitter hearts

• Gold Buttons

• Styrofoam ball

• Silver spray paint

• Black peel and stick felt

• Cardboard tube

Tools

• Scissors

• Hot glue

Instructions

For Taylor:

• Cut strips of silver fringe and attach to the white outfit using hem tape.

For Beyonce:

• Cut shapes for the collar, arm cuffs, and side leg pieces from red peel and stick felt.

• Cut shapes for the top and side leg pieces from blue peel and stick felt. Attach these shapes to the white outfit.

• Cut the letter shapes from black peel and stick felt. Attach letters to the sash.

For Chappell Roan:

• For the top:

• fold the collar in half toward the inside of the shirt and attach a long strip of white peel and stick felt over the collar. 
• Attach a thinner strip of red peel and stick felt to the edges of the collar.
• Attach gold buttons and red and gold foam stars to either side of the buttons below the collar.
• Cut two epaulets shapes from a sheet of craft foam.
• Cover them with gold fabric using hot glue.
• Attach a piece of gold fringe to each using hot glue.
• Braid three gold pipe cleaners together to form the rope and attach to the right epaulet using hot glue.
• Attach to each shoulder of the shirt using adhesive sheets or hem tape. 
• For the belt:
• Attach a piece of gold fringe to the end of a long strip of gold fabric using hot glue or hem tape.
• For the microphone:
• To create the microphone, paint a styrofoam ball with silver spray paint.
• Cover a cardboard tube with black peel and stick felt.
• Attach together using hot glue and another strip of black peel and stick felt.
