• One blue kids top
• One red kids outfit
• Gold fabric
• Red fabric
• Black peel and stick felt
• Red peel and stick felt
• Blue peel and stick felt
• Blue foam eye mask
• Thick foam sheet
• Gold paint pen
• Blue paint pen
• Red paint pen
• Silver paint pen

Instructions

• Create body pads: Create shoulder, elbow, and knee pads by cutting shapes from red and blue peel and stick felt. Attach to the shirt and leggings by peeling the backing.
• Create lightning bolt symbol: For the lightning bolt symbol, using hot glue or adhesive strips attach gold fabric to peel and stick felt. Cut out 3 lightning bolt piece shapes and detail with red and blue paint pens. Once dry, working from the bottom to the top, peel and stick these shapes to the chest of the blue top.
• Create the bangle: For the bangle, cut a rectangle from a sheet of craft foam. Create a cuff and hot glue to close. Cut 4 thin strips of craft foam and hot glue them to the bangle. Cover the bangle with the remaining gold fabric using hot glue or gold paint. Detail with blue and silver paint pens.
• Create the mask: For the mask, start with a foam eye mask or create one. If the eye mask isn't blue, paint it with blue metallic paint. Detail with a gold paint pen.
• Create the cape: For the cape, cut a long rectangle from red fabric to drape around the neck like a scarf.
