Materials
- One pink kids top
- One brown kids bottom
- White felt (¼ yard)
- Red felt (2 sheets 9x12 inches each)
- Dark Brown felt (¾ yard)
- Light brown felt (½ yard)
- Orange, pink, yellow, green, blue felt (1 sheet each color, 9x12 inches each sheet)
- Headband
- Stuffing or felt scraps
- White pipe cleaners (2-3)
- Green pipe cleaners (2)
Tools
- Hot glue gun & sticks
- Scissors
- Safety pin
Instructions
For the whipped cream head piece:
- Cut a long length of white felt and make small snips across the center at different lengths apart.
- Thread a pipe cleaner through the holes and pull the fabric together to bunch it to look ruffled.
- Hot glue the ruffle together in a circle and make another shorter one for the top layer.
For the cherry:
- Cut and glue two matching red felt cherry pieces together and stuff with stuffing or felt scraps.
- Twist two green pipe cleaners together for the stem and glue to the top of the cherry.
- Glue the cherry to the top of the whipped cream.
- Hot glue this piece to a headband to wear on the head.
For the chocolate and caramel sauce bib:
- Cut a large circle from dark brown felt and cut a circle in the center for the head/neck opening and a vertical line opening for the back of the bib.
- Cut drippy blobs along the edges.
- Make a slightly smaller caramel sauce bib with light brown felt and glue it over the chocolate sauce.
- Attach around the collar with a safety pin.
For the sprinkles:
- Cut and roll about 2 - 2.5 inches of different colored felt and glue them together to make sprinkles.
- Glue the sprinkles around the whipped cream and the bib.
