Costco Hot Dog

Materials:

• Adult cotton beanie in cherry
  
• Kids long sleeve classic tee in cherry
  
• Kids jogger in cherry
• Tan felt
• White felt
• Red felt
• Green felt
• Yellow felt
• Stuffing
• Red marker
• Blue marker
• Safety pins
• Fabric tape

Tools:

• Hot glue gun & sticks
• Scissors

Instructions:

Create the headpiece

• Cut a rectangle from white felt for the Costco logo
• Use red and blue markers to draw the Costco logo onto the felt
• Attach the logo to the red beanie

Make the bun

• Make a long vest for the bun by cutting two matching layers from tan felt.
• Glue the felt layers together along the outer edges and lightly stuff the bun as you glue.
• Cut out openings for the arms and hot glue the felt back together around the arm holes.

Create the toppings

• Cut a long red felt rectangle the same length as the bun that fits over the front of the body.
• Cut and glue white felt onions, green felt relish, and squiggly yellow felt mustard onto the felt.
• Safety pin this panel to the sides of the inner bun so that it covers the front of the body.
