• One white kids outfit
• Red single face satin ribbon 5/8th"
• Navy single face satin ribbon 5/8th"
• Red shoes (optional)
• Red and white polka dot scarf (optional)

Tools

• 2 Packs of double-sided adhesive tape
• Scissors

• Mark and cut the ribbon: Lay the dress on a flat surface. Take the blue ribbon and wrap it around the hem of the skirt and overlap by one inch. Mark and cut the ribbon.
• Add tape to ribbon: Lay the ribbon flat and adhere the double-sided adhesive to the back side.
• Apply ribbon to dress: Starting in the back middle of the dress, slowly pull the adhesive from the ribbon and press onto the dress. Wrap all the way around the dress.
• Alternate ribbon color stripes: Working your way up the dress, alternate blue and red ribbon until you have 4 blue stripes and 3 red stripes.
• Cut ribbon for arms: Measure and cut the blue ribbon for each arm.
• Add tape to ribbon: Lay the ribbon flat and adhere the double-sided adhesive to the back side.
• Wrap ribbon around arm sleeves: Starting on the back side of the arm, wrap the blue ribbon around each sleeve.
