Rainbow Jello Cubes
You'll Need:
- 5 boxes (3 oz each) of colorful Jello (blue, green, yellow, orange, red)
- 5 packs (or 13 tsp) of unflavored gelatin
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 9 cups boiling water
Instructions:
Step 1: Make the first color layer (blue). Mix 3 ounces (1 box) of blue flavored gelatin mix and 1 teaspoon (1/2 of an envelope) of unflavored gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water until it's completely dissolved. Pour into a 13" x 9" pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Make sure the dish is on a flat surface and so the jello can set.
Step 2: Make the first white layer. Take 2 teaspoons (1 envelope) of unflavored gelatin and mix it with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Then add 3.5 ounces (1/4 of a can) of sweetened condensed milk. Then the white pour on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Make sure the dish is on a flat surface and so the jello can set, and that your mixture is cool to room temperature so you aren’t pouring hot liquid over the first set layer.
Step 3: Repeat step 1 with a green layer. Then chill and set.
Step 4: Repeat step 2 with another white layer. Then chill and set.
Step 5: Repeat step 3 with a yellow later. Then chill and set.
Step 6: Repeat step 4 with another white layer. Then chill and set.
Step 7: Repeat step 5 with an orange later. Then chill and set.
Step 8: Repeat step 6 with a final white layer. Then chill and set.
Step 9: Repeat step 7 with a red later. Then chill and set.
Step 10: Once the jello is completely set and cool, slice into 1-inch cubes and serve!
