• One red kids bottom
• One pair of athletic socks
• Red ribbon (1” wide)
• Royal blue ribbon (1” wide)
• Black felt (1 sheet 9”x12”)
• Medium blue ribbon (1” wide)
• Gold glitter craft foam sheet
• White craft foam
• Blue and red markers
• Fabric chalk
• Double sided fabric tape
• Hot glue gun and sticks
• Scissors

For the sleeves

• Cut red and blue ribbon and attach them around the sleeves of the top with double sided fabric tape.

For the USA patch

• Cut a rectangle with a pointed bottom from white craft foam. Use blue and red markers to draw the USA logo onto the foam. Attach to the top right corner of the top with double sided fabric tape.

For the number

• Use fabric chalk to draw any number you’d like onto black felt and cut out. Attach to the front of the top with fabric tape.

For the medal

• Cut a circle from gold craft foam and glue a length of medium blue ribbon to it to make the medal.

For the socks

• Wear socks as-is, or cut red and blue ribbon to fit around the calves and glue them slightly overlapping along the long edge with the red on top and blue on the bottom. Attach around the calf over the socks with double sided fabric tape.
